Kailash Mansarovar – a journey within

Faith means surrender-an utter and complete surrender to the will of the Divine. Unconditional gratitude is the only way to celebrate this Faith. They circle each other- without faith, there can’t be any gratitude and without gratitude, faith is hollow.
For the faithful, Kailash is simply a mirror, magnifying and reflecting back the divinity projected onto it- for there are no steps leading upto a carved shrine, no bells, no priests, no inner sanctum, and no idol.
Impenetrable, eternal, a symbol of ultimate perfection: Kailash is a natural temple, filling the surrounding region with a power beyond reason, a reality approached not by logic, but by this inexplicable feeling of faith.
So if it is with a heart full of complete surrender that you embark on this journey, whatever your beliefs may be, you will undoubtedly find what you seek, both within, and all around you.
